Lethal Pride Timeless Jewel Question how to get +4 strength on small passives

okay so I know how to add nodes like "double damage" etc via the calculator, but how is it that I ensure that the small passives get +4 strength instead of +2 strength? When I googled it, it just mentioned that +2 or +4 strength is added to small passives, but it doesn't mention how to know if the timeless jewel you are purchasing has the +2 or the +4. Is that even possible? or is the +2 or +4 strength to small passives completely random and there' no way to know when purchasing?

Nevermind. I just took a chance and got lucky as the lethal pride I bought had the +4 strength and not the +2 strength. Thank god I got lucky.
