PC hard freeze with dump file

This happens from time to time suddenly, also performance of the game decays with time played. After crash when i had to reboot my pc, the game performs much smoother, but as i said, this decays over time. Also sometimes POE just hangs PC without creating dump file, after reboot my character is dead.

Any ideas, suggestions, help? I think its on the dev's side to fix this, but if i can do anything to prevent this crap happening randomly, ill gladly hear any info on this case.
