Low Life Adrenaline Bugged

So I'm running a arrogance (lvl 10) with herald of ash and enlighten with 5% reservation efficiency that makes the cost of reserved life at 48% give or take.

Also im running a gem of "That Which Was Taken" that triggers on low life for 4 seconds the Adrenaline(my low life is set to 50% according to poe wiki).

Taking in consideration that adrenaline has no cooldown whatsoever whenever I get to Low life (50%) which is pretty often since im at early levels (not running 20k hp) it should be triggering everytime my life gets below it after the 4 second timer, but guess what? its not...

So it's safe to say this is bugged or Adrenaline has an undocumented mechanic.

In case you need proof I can make a video of it or post pictures of this bug.

PS: Forgot to mention, the Adrenaline it provides is 2 seconds unlike 4 seconds mentioned in the jewel
To be clear, Petrified Blood locks your max life to 50%, or low life. So you have to use your life potion, go over 50%, and then either attack (petrified blood gives your attacks a life cost while over 50%) or do other stuff to drain back down to 50% and gain Adrenaline again.

As long as you have Petrified Blood on, life potion is the only way to go above low life. If you just want more reliable Adrenaline procs, you can try to reserve 49.9% hp, life mastery for life cost, no Petrified Blood, and then every time you attack or use a skill, you go down below 50% life as long as you have enough leech/regen to go back up to 50.1% hp. So it will always be up.

As for the 2 second Adrenaline, record a video and post the bug report number as that sounds like a bug.
Probably 2-sec adrenaline from the gloves.
