Having insane Lag Spikes as of Most recent Update

Ever since last night I have been having insane lag spikes when playing the game. Since about 6:45pm NZDT the Australia East Realm has been near unplayable and I can't get better results connecting to America West or South American Realms. This is near unplayable.
Some monsters seem to be the cause, but other times it is instance linked. Sometimes it holds steady for an hour at an time then spike to about 6300ms meaning bosses and delve just kills me outright without my input. I tested other games, Star Trek Online, Paladins, Team Fortress 2, Civ6 and Dark Souls Remastered Invasions and it is all working fine, just POE since the last update. Is there any fixes? I really want to advance my tornado shot character especially since they're finally getting currency and I don't wanna loose out on Affliction and all the progress I have made. if have nvidia try to disable in device manager HD audio and virtual audio after this try to play on low audio channels
i have pateto pc ryzen 1400 gtx 1050 ti and 8gig ram after this i dont have problems but again is depent of pc rig GL |

" Hello There, I tried to reinstall the game and clear the chache files location in %AppData% and set the network mode to predictive. It is mostly stable now, but the sounds are noticibly laging and noticed latency surged when I was in an item heavy,yellow whisp zone or abyss creatures. I am using a AMD Ryzen 5 2400G and AMD Radeon RX6500 XT as my GPUs with a TP-Link Wireless USB Adapter. I am not using an Nivida device, but thank you so much for the ideas. If you know about anything else please let me know what I can do. |
