5 Ally Onslaught Charm not working with Harbinger Item Minions

The title says it all pretty much. I have 4 Spectres and 1 Harbinger of Time from the Harbinger Unique Belt. if I slot a Charm with "While there are at least five nearby Allies, you and nearby Allies have Onslaught" into my Wildwood Ascendancy, I do not get Onslaught. Tested both in Hideout and in Maps. if I summon a Stone Golem, I do get Onslaught. Stone Golem + 4 Spectres give Onslaught with or without the Harbinger of Time summoned, so it seems that the charm just doesn't recognize the Harbinger of Time as an ally.

plz fix. Onslaught was the entire reason I got this belt...
