Scourge Arrow of Menace does not work with Fatal Flourish

Hey,
the tranfigured version of Scourge Arrow "of Menace" does not work with the forbidden flame/flesh modifer from duelist "Fatal flusrish". Likely because the main Scourge Arrow skill was/is a channeling skill. Last bumped on Feb 11, 2024, 10:02:47 PM

bump, just bought the pair and thought I was missing something when it wasn't working, but every other skill I tried does repeat properly.
