After defeating Uhtred in a level 83 zone with who knows how many active reminants, I did not receive achievement credit under explorative expeditions.

You need 10 remnants active on the boss itself, i.e. the boss in the chain must be 11 or higher.

maybe you should have reworded it to indicate boss instead of map.
