Bane of Condemnation still has a hidden 25% less curse effect multiplier

Regular Bane applies curses with 25% less effect. Bane of Condemnation has the same behaviour, but doesn't state this ingame.

Testing:
Cursing act 9 Garukhan with a level 1 Despair with 80% increased curse effect.

- Self-cast Despair (-15*1.8=-27%) reduces its resistance from 20% to <0%, showing a chaos vulnerability icon.

- Despair applied by regular Bane reduces its resistance from 20% to 0%, becoming neutral to chaos. (-15*1.8*0.75=-20%)

- Despair applied by Bane of Condemnation reduces its resistance from 20% to 0%, same as regular Bane.

Either the behaviour is bugged, or the description is.

edit: Nevermind, the effect has now been added to ingame describtion. I dont get it because there's no reason to play it now but allright
