Spell Echo wording or bug

Hello!
There seems to be an issue with Spell Echo Support not giving the SKILL any cast speed, although the wording of the tooltip suggests it must give cast speed. It is the same as Faster Casting Support, but instead of "increased", it's "more".

It probably just needs to be worded properly and not say "Supported Skills HAVE 40% more cast speed", but maybe "Supported Skills are casted 40% faster".

I wanted to test Spell Echo on Brand spells and this is how I came across this.

As the wording suggets, only increases and reductions to cast speed affect brand activation frequency. Spell Echo gives more cast speed, you should create brands faster with it.
