Good health regen, less of the mana reservation, good lightning damage, and the next points would go towards defenses such as shield block % and other nodes.

I found the key to this build is a 5L with mana leech and faster attacks supp gems, weap elemental damge, and what ever supp gem u want like life leech, or added fire damage or cold damage.

Mana Leech is what makes this viable for the mana costs.

I see people refer to 5L 6L 6S and other things...

What do those mean? Im guessing it is the number of sockets? what is the L/S stuff stand for? Strength Gem? so 6S is 6 slots with all strength or something?

6S = 6 Socket item
5L & 6L = item with 5 or 6 linked sockets

So a 6S/5L would be an item with 6 sockets, 5 of them linked.

I'll try out your build. Do I need ES combined armor or just simple physical armor?

Here's my variation

This is what i decided to end with at 86 points. May use orbs of regret to switch between Strong arm (18% physical damage with one-hands) and Conduit as and when i party. Or if.

It's also not likely that i'll be using Vitality Aura since i skipped trolls blood. I decided against this because 40% mana reservation in a mana-heavy build is a bad idea imo.

After reaching a higher level i have altered it somewhat to be a little less gear-specific dependant.

Mostly Accuracy problems.

Swapped Storm Cast for Strong Arm & Versitility

More Dex = better for projectile based support gems also. See above reply for origional Variation.
