Uber sirus stuck in phase floating

I was fighting Sirus with The Perfect Storm allocated, died during one of the phases and when I came back in Sirus is just floating in the middle of the map and his phase never ends even if you run under him. Tried all possible locations but he just shoots his beams and never goes down. Even got one of my guild mates give it a try after I died again and he had the same issue.

There was a report about the same issue back in 2019 https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2702542 that has never been solved which seems to be happening again.
