Mahuxotl's Machination + instant life leech results in 15 second leeches

To reproduce:
- wear Mahuxotl's
- have source of life leech + instant leech
- leech a bunch and then stop attacking
- overleech lasts ~15 seconds

- if you remove instant leech, the effect goes away (normal 5sec leeches)
- % of instant leech does not matter (tried only 3% from 1 charm or 34% from mastery + 3x charm, same maximum duration)
- speccing only ES leech does not have the effect

Also tested with:
- soul tether (immortal ambition) + vaal pact + eternal youth
-> leeches last normal amount of time (5sec)
