Oblivion Caustic Arrow Effect 30 FPS decrease

Just wanted to say that the Oblivion Caustic Arrow MTX is giving a solid -30 to -50 fps in some cases for me. It also made me crash yesterday in Grotto when there were too many effect from Ghosts for the Challenge on the Boss. Might be something worth fixing.
