Fire Trap of Blasting not working as intended for pre-stacked Traps.

Fire Trap's Line which states

"

(9-881) to (14-1316) added Fire Damage against Burning Enemies

won't trigger with Traps that are "pre-stacked" on enemies.

EDIT:
This becomes noticeable by the low damage that pre-stacked Fire Traps of Blasting deal.

EDIT2: I also did a test where I put down a burning ground down with Flame Dash and the pre-stacked Fire Traps of Blasting would still deal very little damage. Also tried Infernal Legion Support on Skitterbots as well as Flame Wall. Transfigured Fire Trap just deals very little damage everytime with pre-stacked Traps.
