Can this run juiced t16 + ultimatum(Wave 13 / Trialmaster / Inscribed)?

" What do you mean by "juiced"? The more damage reduction/Life you add to monsters, the more lag you get, the more likely you'll die or the instance will crash. And no, Ultimatums require a better suited type of character. I don't run Delirium because the lag gets too much. If that wasn't an issue, damage would be enough, it would just take longer. I think I got to wave 26 or 27 in Simu before the lag would inevitably catch up with me and make it impossible to go beyond that. It's kinda hard to dodge Kosis when the game updates your screen every few seconds. The lag was already near unplayably bad at wave 20. " Well, that's a straight up lie. I did run T16 Ultimatums back in Affliction. Problem is you can't see shit and mobs deal a lot of Physical Damage and cannot be knocked back, if memory serves well. Would it be possible to fit in es on hit discipline with eldritch battery? Could drop alot of mana nodes/gear.

" You are on the right track. " Well, no. It'd cost more ES than you could gain or spend. You also wouldn't be able to run a less Recovery map because you'd never gain enough ES to keep casting. Besides, you still need the Mana Cost reduction nodes to reduce the total ES cost because EB applies after Mana mods, so might as well stick with Mana. You'd lose damage from a different Watcher's Eye, unless you got a Mirror to spend. Any points you'd gain would be spent on EB and Ethereal Feast with instant Leech mastery.
