Question regarding hatred Aura/ Added Fire Gem

If I am using Lioneye's Glare + Blackgleam and conver 94% of my damage into elemental damage, do these aura's only benefit from the remaining 6% Physical damage? OR.. Does the aura's damage get calculated BEFORE the physical damage conversions? Same question with added fire.

Firstly Added Fire and Hatred add damage, so more than 6% of your damage are still physical.

Now to your question: Conversion happens basically at the same time every "increased" multiplier gets applied. To simplify it: you have 100 Physical Damage. You got an "8% Increased Physical Damage" node and a "10% Increased Elemental Damage" node. You also use a Blackgleam with 50% physical to fire conversion. The conversion splits your damage up into 50 physical, which gets the 8% increase and becomes 54, and 50 fire damage, which gets the physical increase, because it is based from physical, and the elemental increase, making it 59 fire damage.

Now, the same goes for Hatred. Let's say you do 100 Physical, have 8% Physical increase and then have 30% of Physical added as Cold Damage from Hatred. Also we have a 10% Elemental Damage Increase. We get 30% from the base 100, making it 30. The Increases apply, they stack additive. The 30 cold damage gets 35.4 damage, which gets rounded down to 35dmg when it hits anything in the game. Added Fire also works like that.
