My AG and Spectres disappeared crossing a portal

I was doing the achivement "The Stone Unturned", which is the one you need read all of the lore, and when i was going to read the book "Resonator Instrucions" on The Ascent in Act 4, i used the portal to go to The Slave Pens (Act 5) to save time and use the waypoint from The Slave Pens (Act 5) to continue the achievement and go directly to the reliquary read the kitava's hunger books. It was then that i realized that my animate guardian and my spectres were missing i lost around 15-17 div on my AG items.

I know that GGG does not return items under any circumstances and this is why i'm here posting this thread, to make this public and help GGG to fix some bugs and warn other players to be careful about this bug.

It's sad what happened to me, but there's no point in crying or complaining about it now, because if i want i can redo it with the same items without any problems, maybe if it had been a few weeks ago it would have been complicated for me (as i wouldn't have been able to redo the same items in my AG and be forced to set up a low budget AG).

If necessary, i have a clip that i made because i was confused when i didn't see my minions and i used Shadow Play (GeForce Experience) to record a few seconds before the event to understand what actually happened, and that was simply it, i passed the portal that it goes from The Ascent (Act 4) to The Slave Pens (Act 5) and my minions just weren't there anymore.

I got my AG back somehow, it's my first time doing a minion build, when i put only one item on my AG he came back with the other items.

I'll continue with this thread because i need to redo my spectres anyway (luckily they are cheap).
