New Ulab option exceptional gems chance?

Done like 200 Ulabs from league start.(30 of them today and continiu more)
30-35% of them all with 3x Divine font uses. Not saw this thing once at Divine font. Does this ever exist? If so - what it chance - 1:500? Asking because - currently in league, im not get a single Empower/Enlighten drop yet(in previous leagues 3-4 Empowers/Enlightens - easily wtih 900k+ kills) , only got 1x Enhance from 1000+ Rituals - it feels like the drop chance of exceptional gems was cuted hard by GGG prior for this new Ulab option. " That's why im asking. Im watched one dude on twitch - he was doing Ulab for his final 2x ascendacy points - and he's get 2x fonts out 2x fonts with this option in single run? I got like 5 of them in like 50 runs or so. Not sure if there's accurate data on it, but it sure is rare
