need help I keep crashing in juice map

so I start having crash every map starting this league.
and I am out of option on what to do.
things I did so far:
lower all setings to lowest
deleted the game, the roaming file, and the my document file. then reinstalle on a new driver.
unclock my cpu.
unclocked my gpum ( aslo am at latest driver update for gpu)
change filter, change build, change rederer, change to windowed and to a non custom size window.
turn off and on vsync, force fps cap at 60.
engine multithreading off. (now back tho enable)

computer spec:
intel i7 12700k 3.61GHZ
32 gb ram
rtx 3080
windo 10 pro
(game instal on a NVMe XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE of 1T )
