Heat sensor on GPU

~10% of the time when I open POE my GPU goes from ~33 degrees to mid 90s and the fans go crazy. When I close out within 15 seconds it's back down to the 30s. Obviously my card isn't actually getting that hot that fast and no other games I play have the same symptoms. 90% of the time POE is no problem.
