Missing Ascendancy Skill Points

Hi there,
I recently completed the 3rd labyrinth, Merciless Labyrinth but did not receive any skill points. I read from the site and I should be expecting 2 more skills points, totaling to 6 ascendancy passives already by this point. Did I do something wrong? Can I get somebody from the POE team to help? To get points you need to interact with the Altar of Ascendancy at the end of the Lab.

I did interact with the altar and was surprised to find no points rewarded to me which is why I am a bit stumped at this point.

Maybe you didn't get points in another Lab? Or did you complete the wrong Lab?
