Glacial Cascade (of the fissure) Illusionist MTX is not scaling AOE properly

I love the illusionist mtx for Glacial Cascade. However, with the transfigured version "of the fissure" It is about 1/2 the size of the non-mtx version of the same skill. The gore mtx scales properly. I have tested all three variants of standard (no mtx), Gore mtx, and illusionist mtx. The difference is clear so there is certainly a problem so I can't use what i purchased. Please look into this at your earliest convenience.
