Summon Phantasms Linked with Summon Raging Spirit of Enormity Not Granted Crit Strikes on Hit

So I wanted to try to use Necromantic Aegis + Qotra's Regulator to kill my SRS and Summon Phantasms since Phantasms should inherit the "minions' hits are always critical strikes mod" however I've tested in multiple maps and with just the Phantasms up I can see them dealing damage to enemies and their HP does not move (i.e. they aren't critting) I cant tell if this is just an issue with their spell hits but I will be testing their MI explosion as well to see if their explosion is inheriting the 100% crit chance, if so I will comment with the results.

EDIT: I've tested using Sidhebreath amulet and the summoned phantasms do in fact not inherit SRS of enormity's 100% to critical strike with hits mod, as theyre projectiles would only chill enemies vs the srs who were instantly freezing any targets they attacked.

No.

Could you please elaborate on why you are so sure this is the case with such a blunt response?

There are plenty of instances where this sort of wording on a minion skill has resulted in the minion specified stat applying to the summoned phantasms prior to 3.23... Phantasms spawned with max frenzy charges when summoned by Phantasmal Raise Spectre (At max quality it gives "minions are created with max frenzy charges"). Another example is the alt quality benefit from Phantasmal Summon Skeletons which made minions invulnerable to damage for X seconds, which was also inherited by Phantasms summoned from those skeletons.

There are many more examples well documented in the wiki so I'm not sure what is so different with this particular stat.

"Well documented" in the wiki, based on PoB? Seriously? It even says “This might include some modifiers from the active skill gem, but that could be just a glitch in PoB.”
To be honest, I had not heard of these interactions before. But I don’t think that mods on the minion skill itself can be applied to phantasms. Many of the examples on the wiki are quality effects, perhaps they can be applied to phantasms (intended or a bug), perhaps the quality is applied not to the minion itself, but to the minion gem.

I was speaking from direct experience with the gem in previous leagues, and based on that experience and testing my understanding has been this:

Any mods on a minion skill gem that triggers
the phantasms that are explicitly enumerated in the bright blue text, and are labeled with the phrasing "minions X" where x represents any and all mods that can relevantly apply to phantasms, will apply to them.

Examples of skill gem that work:
"Minions have 55% more life"
"Minions deal 55% more damage"

Examples of skill gem mods that wouldn't work:
"Sentinels of absolution deal 50% damage to rare/unique enemies"
"Playing jank off-meta minion builds since 2012"
