Scarabs not working in Map Device and flask issue

Good day,
I've left 3 scarabs in my map device to be used for like 16 maps now and they have never once activated or been used. I tried pulling them out and putting them back in a couple times, but it didn't fix anything. The other issue is I have a Divination Distillate Large Hybrid Flask. If I use it, it doesn't last the 5 seconds its supposed to, sometimes it will use the charges but never activate at all, or it will activate and vanish 1 second in or two seconds in, it never lasts the 5 seconds though. Check your atlas passive tree. You have Stream of Consciousness allocated which prevents fragments (scarabs) from being used.
Distillate is not working because you are reaching full life and mana. Most MF builds using Distillate are also using Petrified Blood so they are recovering above low life and then spending it back since only life flasks recover life above low life when Petrified Blood is turned on. |
