King in the Mist Stronghold not spawning after quest completion.

I had found the Stronghold twice in about 30 maps or so, I failed to finish it on the first attempt but successfully killed him 2nd time. I didn't complete the challange requirements. I have now completed easily 300+ t16 maps and have never seen him again.

If the event can't spawn until you have the quest is it possible that there is a bug that is preventing it from spawning after completion??

I had run over 300 hundred maps too, searching a few feets diagonally everytime (four corners if they're all open) and still cant find him

I've looked every guide there is on how to find him...so i think he is just not spawning for me

I have done about 100 T14+ maps now and did not find the stronghold once.....
What kind of mechanic is this shit where you waste hours to search something...

I have the same issue but only after the 3.23.1 patch. Since the patch more then 200 T16 maps and did not found the stronghold.
