Decayed voidstone says "obtained" but didnt drop?

Got a friend to help my with the uber elder for voidstone and favor slot, but it didnt drop the voidstone on the kill, but i got the map favor slot and says "obtained" when hovering the voidstone any clue to what happend?

Talked to Kirac and didnt work, got it ater doing another invitation, dont know why it didnt drop off of the first one
