Saved / Completed Betrayal Research, no Betrayal Members Showed Up

Bug 2,909,415.

I entered a map, and completed the intervention portion of betrayal.

Then I found and entered the research portion for Betrayal, and I stopped the rare enemies from destroying the research evidence.

You can see all 6 research evidences are still alive (per green circles in screenshot on maps)

The UI portion showing the remaining evidence benches has disappeared because, as far as I knew, I saved them all.

However, no betrayal members have shown up to fight me.

Jun has not shown up to say I've completed the mission.

The mission has not been marked as "failed"

I'm just kind of stuck.

Ugh, I just realized the Research Safehouse is ready to run. Pretty sure I've seen this before :s
