Incarnation of agony unfair (color blind)

An incarnation popped while I was fighting over a scourge event. I never saw it once. Please make it an arena or something. Any build that relies on life regen is instantly dead against that and it ruins your run. I can tank 100% deli t16 juiced maps and 30 simulacrum, but I die in 3 seconds against that shit. It is too deadly for being a random encounter in an event that kicks you out if you fail. It's not even fun either, it doesn't drop anything good.

" This game isn't balanced AT ALL. Not for fun either. They put as much things that can kill you because they think it's funny for you to die in the Wilderness. PoE 1 is the best. PoE 2 is something.
