Vaal Pyramid Map not taking me to Vaal Pyramid

I died in a map of Vaal Pyramid and when I went back into my portal it took me to a tower rooftop with nothing on it. I've tried to go out and in two more times and even log off and back in. still here.

I might have made a portal in the wildwood, but do not remember at this point now.
Oh well as long as it's known that's good, do we know what causes it? I lost some good loot ( to me at least ) on the ground and a good Delirium set |
