Sacred Grove boss stuck

Can't progress sacred grove boss fight. Corrupted vines spawn, colors change, but nothing happens nothing attackable:

Just got this bug as well. Playing Penance Brand and I think I phased her too fast and it bugged out.

Just did the fight and almost got one shot and ran out of health pots so i left and used my portal again and the fight is bricked. she is just frozen in place in the bottom left corner. fight keeps changing colors and vines spawn but she doesn't move.

Same..
My God, all these problems have been known for more than two years, but for some reason they don't care.
