King of the Mists portal Bug

1) I joined my friend late for King of The Mists

2) I went through the Crux of nothingness portal after the Maze event was already underway

3) After my loading screen finished, I was not placed inside the maze with my friend.

4) This seems unintentional as I was able to ignore an important boss mechanic
