Searing Exarch Spamming Ball Phase

So I was doing a regular Exarch fight. I got him down to half life and then he activated his ball phase.

Ok not bad.

HE THEN PROCEEDS TO IMMEDIATELY SPAM IT 2 MORE TIMES IN A ROW. ALMOST NO INTERVAL, BASICALLY RIGHT AFTER EXITING THE PREVIOUS BALL PHASE.

It's one thing for there to be a boss phase where we can't touch the boss and have to do a mechanic, its another for that mechanic to be immediately forced upon the player in rapid succession with no cooldown or interval whatsoever. It would be like doing the Maven game 3 times in a row despite having just completed it, only you are more likely to complete maven games. My minions get hit by the balls and I take the damage.

Please fix.

It's been broken for almost 4 leagues now, they think it's perfectly fine. Exarch spamming ball phase is the most unenjoyable, unapologetically b.s mechanic ever, they even removed the ability to force close and wait it out, no longer!!! You must die no matter what!!! GGG could care less about balance.
