Can't use tutorial invitations (maven/exarch,etc) after transferring from ssf

I've transferred one character from ssf and I am unable now to progress my atlas with bosses as I can't access invitations.

The activate field is greyed out for polaric invitation.
Maven's atlas invitation dropped but I can still select her presence in map. Currently at 6/4 progress but can't activate the invitation itself.

same for me, invitation dropped and cannot be used in map device (greyed), after that any map cannot be used in device...
