Gem corrupting bug? Cannot get level 21 corruption to happen on Lightning Conduit of the Heavens

Posting because I have been having a weird issue. I have been trying to get a level 21 and 20 quality Lightning Conduit of the Heavens. I've been running labyrinth to level and quality up my gems.
Anyhow, I've corrupted about 25 level 20 lightning conduit of the heavens gems. Not one of them rolled to level 21. Most did nothing. Few quality'd down to 13% or so. A few of them leveled down to 19. I searched for anything in the patch notes related to gem corrupting, but could not find anything. Did GGG ninja nerf the chance to +1 level to a gem via corrupting? Or did I just have 25 bad corruption rolls in a row? Or is this perhaps bugged? Still want to get my level 21 gem, but after grinding so much labyrinth to get it failing 25 corruption attempts, I am getting pretty gassed out of running lab. Last bumped on Jan 3, 2024, 3:37:01 PM
