Waste Pool Map with Harbinger Sextant - Harby can spawn in the cauldron and be inactive

When running the Waste Pool Map with the Mysterious Harbinger Sextant Mod that spawns a HJarbinger with the Boss, the Harby can spawn in the Cauldron in the middle. It then doesn nothing, does not spawn any mobs and is not attackable.
This happened 3 times within the last 28 map set that I just ran Last bumped on Jan 3, 2024, 9:35:02 AM
