Mind Over Matter + Blood Magic - What am I missing?

I've been looking at some Storm Brand Inquisitor builds on poe.ninja and around 55% of the Blood Magic builds run MoM.
Is there a hidden game mechanic I am unaware of?
I have done some googling on BM+MoM and all the information I find says you get no benefits from MoM with a Manapool of zero.
Surely all these people did not forget to unspec MoM after getting Bloodmagic?

Keystones can be changed with the unique Timeless Jewels.

poeninja shows you the nodes they take, but don't include how those nodes are changed by Timeless Jewels. Your screenshot shows that all the builds that match your filters are using Ivory Tower, Coruscating Elixir, and Brutal Restraint.

Specifcally, they are using the Brutal Restraint version that changes the MoM keystone to the one granting flask charges per empty flask slot for uptime on Coruscating Elixir.

Thank you, that explains it. I was wondering why many of the builds had only 3 flasks equipped.
