if i were to use deadeye class +2 arrows and +1 chain would it work with Animate Weapon of Ranged Arms?

weird since dead eye skills say "skills fire +2 arrows" and so forth 2 bad

The skill fires nothing, it summons a minion. The minions fire projectiles. This is a very consistent wording, albeit surprising at first.

i believe that using mirror arrow it works but maybe thats coz it has "projectile" tag?

Mirror arrow is your attack and benefits from your passives. But mirror clones will not receive +2 arrows.
