Inaccesible Items in "The Quarry"

I came out of one of the affliction zones after a character death and hit return to checkpoint. It returned me to "The Quarry" SSF Softcore League where i fired a Exsanguinate and killed an enemy standing in an inaccessible spot and he dropped two fusing orbs.

Update: I was able to get to a tiny spot where the fusings are by jamming frostblink over and over till it hit a valid spot.
