Complete a rare tier 16 blight-ravaged map with at least 5 modifiers - don't work.

I have already done about 3 maps and still the achievment has not been credited, below is the attachment of the last map with 6 mods.

This is one mod, not two. Your map has 4 explicit mods.

Modifiers:

Monsters deal 107% extra phys as cold
Monsters have +60% chance to suppress spell damage
Players have 60% reduced effect of non-curse auras from skills
Players have 30% less armour and 40% reduced chance to block

Hold Alt while looking at an item to see the lines grouped by modifier, because some modifiers have multiple lines.

Press Alt to view the mod......hybrid mod that have multiple sentence is still one mod

found the problem, i did normal blight map not ravaged lol.
