Blight bosses in your maps drop an additional anointed jewelry item is sometimes not working.

I have ran around 50 maps with this atlas passive on with blight from the bench or blighted scarabs and around 1/5 times at least 1 of the bosses does not drop an anointed jewelry. Several times only 1 boss dropped the jewelry out of several that spawned and were killed.

It does seem to coincide with the bosses that spawn and get immediately 1-shot by a detonate dead.
