Can someone help me with the last King of the Mists phase? I'm dying to really fast degen every time

Two times that I made it to the third phase I died to accelerating degen very quickly, but I don't know what's hitting because I can barely seeing anything. I can DPS him down to 1/4 of his health in the several seconds that I'm alive, but I still can't stay alive long enough. As soon as the fight starts he apparently does "The end of meaning is nigh" attack, but I must've missed it visually. Is it the "bug bomb" that is httting me? Can someone post a gif or a youtube clip of what this attack looks like? None of the King of the mist "guides" show any mechanics in the last phase

red circle under you - do not move.
purple circle under you - do not stop moving.

And for purposes of this restriction, I believe that movement/travel skills do not count as moving, so you can safely blink, dash or leap out of trouble when the red circle is up.

Correct, you can blink/dash while in the red circle with no issues.
