Maven glitched out during the feared

During the maven invitation the feared I had defeated all bosses except for Venarius, when he was very low the game locked up. I died, I reentered the fight and all is gone. No rewards, no Venarius at ~10% HP, and maven isn't even telling me how bored she is now its over. She is just floating there in silence. In the accompanying picture I have the chat log open showing that I died and she cheered then me and a friend jumping in and out of portals trying to trigger the fight.
