Can't refund passive skills

Hello people,

I picked up again my marauder after quite a few years. After experimenting and making a build of my own I want to do some changes on my character Jifutis.

For some reason I can't refund any passive skill tree points. I have a 15 refund points available.

I don't have any jewels, I tried clicking to refund ever single node and tried removing skills not connected to anything else. I have spend quite a few hours trying to find what is wrong. I searched all many similar forum topics and couldn't find the problem.

Could you help me find out what is wrong?

All old characters get a complete passive refund with the start of each new league.
You should have a small screen with an OK button that pops up when you go to your passive skill tree, stating a Full Passive Skill Reset.

I already had the complete refund and allocated the skill points at the beginning of the latest league. I would like to change some of these passives i had originally allocated.

I am at work so I cant PoB your character.
Try posting a screenshot of what it is not doing, or a short video.
Make sure you are starting with the furthest points away from the start.

It sounds like you are either trying to refund nodes that are already connected to something else, or are trying to refund nodes in the skill "wheels" that have a mastery allocated, as to which you would need to refund the mastery first.

I am aware of that, even refund nodes not connected to anything else can't be refunded (other than the previous connecting node). Maybe the skill tree is locked for refund skills for some reason? New skill points can be alocated normally. However,an allocated node i just allocated can't be refunded.

This only happens to this character.

Yeah a video will help a bunch, sounds like a really weird bug...

you need skill removal currency

If this char was from a few years it might be worth it to just restart again. Very strange things have happened in the past with character states from ones that havent been played for a long time.

I already had something strange happened a few weeks ago. I had between 40-60 chaos orbs in my stash and at some point they just disappeared. I didn't craft anything or use them for anything. Last thing I did before I lost them was using orbs of fusings on my 6 gem slot armor.

This character must be for sure 7-10 years old. Maybe it makes sense to just start fresh. I already meshed the build by ignoring warcries,endurance charges and auras
