Affliction Corpse Spectres Bug

I have lost my Perfect Naval Officer for seemingly no reason. It has just disappeared and the corpse isn't even here.

I was in my hideout crafting at my bench and I removed my convoking wand to put a new craft on it. The wand does give +1 to all minion gems but I triple checked that my Raise Spectre gem (socketed in my boots) was lvl 27, so removing the wand does not reduce my max spectres of 4 (+3 max from lvl 25+ spectre gem, +1 max from skill tree). After removing the wand, I saw the number of spectres go down from 4 to 3. I then looked to see that my Perfect Naval Officer was no longer there and the corpse was just gone so I can't even re-summon it.

I made sure to summon them in a proper order to avoid losing my valuable ones if my max spectres dropped. I summoned in the order of Perfect Primal Thunderbird -> Perfect Naval Officer -> Perfect Forest Tiger -> Perfect Guardian Turtle. This apparently had no protection.

The naval officer is gone, no corpse is even left. Just gone forever for no reason.
