Maven's Invitation: The Elderslayer wont highlight when defeated

Ive defeaten the redeemer and the hunter several times now, solo and in party, dont seem to understand or find what the issue is here and why it refuse to highlighten, anyone has any idea why?

Did Maven witness those fights?

Since they where not completed I would assume no she did not.

You have to actively select the Maven button on/in the map device for the witness to occur.
~ I play slowly.
