Pricing in Canada feels insane

Hi GGG. Was considering buying a core supporter pack this year, taking a look at the prices and 60USD is quite expensive. Fair, free game not everyone spends money, it's mostly cosmetic. To the purchase screen and 60USD turns into 90CAD and change. Holy shit I'm spending almost a hundred dollars on the lowest tier core pack.

I get you gotta make money, but other regions have (relatively) good pricing. Please consider adjusting a bit for Canada too -- our currency is worth less, but we don't make that much more money, and having to buy in USD jacks up the cost at checkout so much it feels terrible to buy, and the feeling gets worse the more you're spending.

I agree. 37.50 CAD for the 20 USD pack feels bad at 4 boxes :/
Plus USD is already considerably more valuable than the NZD.

It wouldn't be so bad if their sales weren't incredibly miserly ontop of charging obscene amounts for cosmetics.
In my country GGG prices are below average level, but still not buying it. Even if they weren't pissing me off by neglecting Standard players and occasionally hammering them, mtx as of late just aren't attractive.

Armor designs become less and less human, some weird mass of spikes, missing body parts and malformed bloats. Guess "weird" goes in line with the whole game too :) If I wanted to make my Zerg pretty, would've bought stuff in SC2 shop.

Point is, consider if you are actually missing something by not paying an arm and a leg for those things.
prices are the same everywhere because ppl would just use vpn to get the lowest price (i.e. ggg cant verifi with shipping adress etc)

in a way this is even the "fairest" option because everyone pays the same

does es suck and feel bad for "weaker" (sry dont know a better word here) currencies ?
ofc it does, "fair" doesnt mean good or nice

Nope, you can see different prices for yourself by entering store from different language version of this site (Click buttons at top right here).

Which is actually the primeval cause of my overall dislike of GGG and toxic rants here :) I didn't know about that initially, and made numerous purchases in USD store. After all, usually accounting for regional specifics is the store's responsibility, like other projects do.

Then I found out that just by opening different language first I could've paid 2 times less for the same amount of points (Naturally no information provided about this little quirk in in-game store or here). Asked GGG to give me at least part of the "missing" points, they didn't even start talking about it and dismissed me with copypasted "we do not add free points to account".

This had pissed me off much stronger than any div-ex swaps or gem wipes, and although I bought some more packs later from regional store version, I won't ever forget this treatment :)

Edit: to clarify, I actually live in a region where GGG prices are cheaper, doubt anyone could exploit this via vpn. So I was basically punished for using eng website instead of my native language website. Since english forum has more content and more developer attention.

If you think that's bad, you're lucky you don't live in any 3rd world random EU country lol, everything is more than double in my own currency where I live so even buying a few stash tabs cost me hundreds.

i mean, there are few countries in Europe where currency has very high denominations. Sweden and Norway use krona (crown) and the exchange rate on them is 10:1. Yet I would not call these countries poor. Anything but, they are topping charts.

Sure but my point is there are lots of countries with currencies that have less value than $
