Boneshatter Slayer help

Need some help with my build. Im kinda new to the game and tried to build boneshatter according to other builds on poe.ninja. I have good damage and can clear maps, but my survivability is weak. Im getting one-shotted a lot, and in chat it keeps saying that I'm the reason why. Need to understand how to burn my hp not so fast and what to change in the build. Thanks!
