King of the mists boss fight in crux of nothingness is bugged

I got stuck in the boss fight on the crux of nothingness, right after I returned from the maze with the wisps.
The king of the mists is not targetable, standing on a platform and not moving.
This is making me unable to do anything else than going back to main menu and logging in again.

I also made a bug report in-game - reference number 3,504,497,843 (don't know if it's relevant, first bug report being posted here)

After running around the arena for 10+ minutes - the boss got unstuck somehow.

Same problem came up for me after finally finding him after days of searching.
