You being on AM4 makes it easy though. Get yourself a 5600X or better yet 5600X3D / 5800X3D and you are good to go for years to come.
its not cheap...

Guaranteed, the performance issues aren’t GGG, it’s your computer, isp or both.
5800X3D

POE has worst performance at med/high setting with 20-30 enemies when mapping than The riftbreaker with hundreds of enemies + cannons shooting at them WITH raytracing enabled.
I'm still getting 60+fps, so it is not a deal breaker for me, but clearly POE has performance issue.

No PC parts are cheap nowadays. But ~170$ for good CPU isnt that bad (compared to price of good GPU)

Your CPU is clearly the bottleneck here. If you are looking to upgrade anything, that should be it. Rest is solid
How do i test for bottleneck?

That web site is complete bs. Has nothing to reality.
PS Oh. I figured out. Tons of AD, offers to upgrade PC, then upgrade it next month, and again. And upgrade on the dinner, repeat process at the next week. Promo bs.
You cannot state what is going on at topic starter's PC without any data provided. For some reason you think to GUESS his problems is better than asking him to provide diagnostic information.

Then use diffrent one. There are like 100 of them. Or maybe all of them are bs according to you?

I’ve avoided AMD for years, in my experience they don’t provide a consistent level of performance in games. Also, drop down to 1080p and enable vsync, your gpu is bottle necking.
