Trialmaster 'bug'?

Noticed this in league too,but wasnt sure if it was my fault...playing wardloop insta 'suicide' myself while running the trials,sometimes in the middle or even at start...no flasks mods btw,not even from altars.
Somehow,even having flask charges,and i noticed that too,insta suicides myself.
Dunno if its a bug but...it happens.
Also in the trialmaster arena it happens too.
